First of all, the list of invited talks looks very interesting:

Among the main three conferences, the AISC (Artificial Intelligence and Symbolic Computation, July 5-6) seems to be the least interesting (and its invited talks are the least interesting among the invited talks).

Calculemus (Symposium on the Integration of Symbolic Computation and Mechanised Reasoning, July 6-7). Great invited talks (July 7-8), but the program itself is of limited interest.
